with a 5 person capacity, it’s near impossible to manage our schedule. 😭😭

Despite zero tolerance late cancel and no show policies, they happen. A lot more than we wish, honestly.

But such is life. All we can do is work with what we’ve got.

That‘s why we’re actually encouraging you to come down to the studio, even if you’re on the waitlist (esp if you’re #1, you can see this in your app).

Again, waitlists are registrations ... so if you can’t make it, cancel. But if you can, we say come down chat with the Diva... worst case and they can sign you up for a future class beyond a week (in person only, 1 future class only) 😎
